When purchasing at this site you automatically accept the following terms and conditions stipulated below.

We accept the following debit and credit cards and we don´t charge any transaction fee.
Paid by debit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to decline a payment when you receive your payment summary.
You have no self-risk in case your card is abused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Card holder will be asked for address and telephone number when placing an order.
You choose payment method when you place your order. All prices are incl. VAT.
We ship worldwide using GLS & DHL. The delivery time can vary and is not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time, but we do our best to ship within 24 hours on working days. Your will receive a track and trace number by e-mail automatically after your order has been sent.

Free shipping on orders over DKK 500,00 in Denmark.
All goods are sent from Denmark and carefully packed in protective boxes or tubes to secure the goods in the best way under transportation, so it will arrive in perfect condition. The goods are insured under transportation and when you receive the parcel, you must Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to email@example.com
COSTUMES DUTY & VAT
If you order from a country, which is a member of the EU you pay Danish VAT but no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. However, if you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible, but on the other hand the Danish VAT is deducted. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items bought at Pony & Perry are fully returnable within 14 days upon receipt. The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt. Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and expense, and is to be handled by you.
If you wish to return your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for returning, before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return.
Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.
When we have received the item and approved the return we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.
Pony & Perry trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. If you live in EU you can use Online Dispute Resolution to judge about complains of good or services. If the complaints are entitled you will get a refund of your shipping costs with in fair limits.
When you return the item please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible. Please make sure the item is delivered safe and sound and make sure to get a receipt for the shipping so we can refund the amount.
We use the ePay Payment System, which meets all the security requirements that have been set and approved and certified by PBS.
All communication between ePay’s Payment System and Cardholder is via an encrypted SSL connection.
This ensures that unauthorized people CAN NOT see the data being exchanged. Similarly, data is sent between ePay’s Payment System and Nets payment server.
When you pay, we only have the option to raise the amount of your purchase and shipping costs and not your registered card number. We do not store your account number after transaction.
If you pay by debit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary.
You have no self-risk in case your card is abused in an internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.
Thus, you are better protected than in the physical world where you have a self-esteem of DKK 1200 if your Dankort is misused using the PIN.
